U.S. Returns
If you receive a product and don't love it, you can return it hassle-free.
For full refunds, please note that a shipping label fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging and condition. Items not meeting these criteria may not be eligible for a refund and could be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Please notify us within 30 days of your purchase if you wish to return an item. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds beyond the 30-day period. Returns are only available for merchandise purchased directly from bamandstitch.com,

All Sale items and Mystery Packs are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. All other purchases remain subject to our standard shipping and return policy.

International Returns

- Store Credit does not incur a restocking fee
- Refund to Original Payment Method incurs a 10% restocking fee that will reflect on your refund receipt. Please allow for 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment method.

Damaged and/or Defective Items
We stand behind our products wholeheartedly. While we strive for perfection, please remember that our items are handcrafted, and occasional imperfections may occur.
If your order is damaged and/or defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team directly at hello@bamandstitch.com. Please include your order number and photos of the defect.
Claims for defective items must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and the product must be returned within 15 days of initiated claim. Please note that some of our products are limited edition, so replacements may not always be possible. Each defect is assessed individually. Proof of purchase from bamandstitch.com is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify your that we have received your return and a refund will be processed. Please allow us 3-5 business days once your return has been received to process your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Discount/Sale Items
Offers cannot be combined; only one offer may be applied at checkout. Some offers may not apply to sale items. Once an offer has expired, it can no longer be honored. Discounts cannot be applied to purchases that have already been completed.
