Domestic U.S. Shipping

All domestic U.S. orders ship FREE with orders $75+ or more. Orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse within 24-48 hours during business days.

Once orders leave our shipping & fulfillment facility, Bam & Stitch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.

Packages that are sent back for insufficient address, refused package, could not deliver, mailbox full, or any reason beyond our control are subject to a $10 fee, which will be deducted from your original purchase upon issuing a refund. Ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot change information once the order is being processed.

International Shipping to Canada

All orders to Canada ship FREE with orders $150+ or more. Orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse within 24-48 hours during business days.

Please note, we are not responsible for any duties and/or customs charges that may be incurred upon delivery. Duty charges/customs fees are set by your home country and are always a possibility when ordering internationally.

 

Shipping Insurance

All Bam & Stitch orders have the option to activate Route Shipping, which is a third-party shipping insurance provider that covers lost, stolen, or damaged goods incurred while in transit.
