How it works
Four quick steps
Start online
Head to our return center and pick the items you want to send back.
Pack it up
Items should be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
Ship it back
Print your prepaid label and drop it off. The $7.50 label fee comes out of your refund.
Get your refund
Once we receive and look it over, we'll email you and send your refund or store credit within 3 to 5 business days. Need a different size? Pick store credit.

The fine print, made simple
30-day returns
Return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Unopened holiday orders get until January 15th. Sale, Mystery, pet, gift card and gift box items are final sale.
Final sale items
Sale items, Mystery items, pet accessories, gift boxes and gift cards can't be returned, but our Defect-Free Promise still covers them.
International orders
Shipping from outside the U.S.? Store credit has no restocking fee. Refunds to your card have a 10% restocking fee.
Our 1-Year Defect-Free Promise
Something wrong with how it was made? We'll make it right.
If a seam, zipper, snap or the fabric itself fails within a year of purchase, email us your order number and a photo. No need to send it back unless we ask.

- Covered: manufacturing and material defects, including final sale items.
- What you get: a replacement, or if that print is sold out, a different print, a refund or store credit.
- Not covered: normal wear and tear, or damage from washing outside our care instructions.
