Hay Mama (and the whole village)! At Bam & Stitch, we live by one golden rule: kindness is the coziest fabric of all. Yes, our buttery-soft bamboo pajamas keep kiddos comfy from playtime to dreamland, but caring for tiny hearts and minds matters just as much as caring for their skin.
Why We're Talking Feelings this May
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and here's a truth we can't zip up and hide: one in five kids wrestles with a mental health or learning disorder before high school. Left unsupported, those big feelings can snowball into tough grades, drop-outs, or self-harm. Heart breaking, right?
So we're threading action in our mission by supporting the Child Mind Institute this month!
Meet the Child Mind Institute, Our May BFF
Since 2009, this powerhouse nonprofit has:
- Cared for kiddos facing anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and more.
- Studied young brains to unlock better, faster treatments.
- Taught & cheered on parents, teachers, and communities with free, kid-friendly resources.
Their mantra is our mantra: mental health care isn't a luxury. It's a lifeline.
What Your Cart Sparks this Month
Every bamboo Convertible Romper, Blanket, or pair of Pajamas you scoop up in May sends real dollars to:
- Free, science-backed guides for families in "What now?!" mode.
- Early screenings so kids get help before crisis mode.
- Teacher trainings that spot silent struggles in classrooms.
- Brain research that could totally change how we tackle learning disorders.
